Hi, I'm Paloma
A CEREMONIAL BODYWORKER, HOLISTIC PELVIC HEALTH PRACTITIONER AND MIZAN THERAPIST.
My journey began when I took charge of my own fertility at age 19. Then went on to have two children, outside of the medical system. Both bringing me endless joy, a love for healing, understanding our bodies and unveiling the truth behind our over-reliance on medicalised care.
I went on to heal my own pelvic bowl from bladder prolapse, recurring UTIs, and chronic IBS. all teaching me endless lessons and a deep respect for our female design and its ability to return to homeostasis, for which it is primed. My passion for this work has grown deeper and deeper over time.
We live in a world that teaches male health practices to women, forgetting that female physiology is radically different and therefore, requires different practices for us to THRIVE!
Here, you will only hear complete honesty. I share radical truths about medicalised "health care". I don't go along with the western narrative that we’ve been led to believe is true. This work calls for radical self-responsibility.
The women who come to me don't come for quick fixes, standard advice or the easy way out.
They come for honesty, body-led work and womb wisdom.
This space is for the woman ready to delve deep into her healing, to face the hard parts, to do the work and live in devotion to herself and her womb. The woman wanting to become fully embodied, radiant, fluid and in her feminine power.
Bodywork is the skilled art that will never die and one that cannot be replaced by non-human hands.
I offer sacred womb work and ceremonial healing, so other women can live in profound connection to their life source, experience self-healing, release trauma stuck in their tissues and live in a body that they understand inside and out.
I wish for women to live with ease, joy, pleasure and a strong, healthy female body.
